I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Certified Canadian Counsellor through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. My counselling and coaching services are not covered by the B.C. Medical Services Plan.

However, if you are covered by your own, your spouse’s, or a parent’s extended health plan, you may be able to claim for my counselling services. Some, but not all, extended health benefits plans and other insurance plans will cover counselling services from a registered or certified counsellor.

If you would like to see me AND it is critical to your financial situation that you are covered by extended health, please check the fine print on your benefit plan to make sure that it covers "Registered Clinical Counsellors" before making an appointment.

For in-person sessions, you can pay by:

• cash
• cheque
• credit card--in person or online with PayPal here

For phone sessions, you can pay in several ways:

• by internet with PayPal (using your credit card, bank account or PayPal account here)
• by phone with your credit card
• by mail with cheque or money order (1426 Gladstone Ave, Victoria, BC V8R 1S3)
  

Please note: payments are not refundable and cancellations need to be made 24 hours before the appointment.

If you are unable to give me 24 hours notice, but we are able to re-schedule our appointment for the same week as the cancellation, you will not be charged for the missed session.

**Please note: If you are a first-time client, please call me for our initial consultation BEFORE purchasing a session online. We need to assess whether I am the most appropriate person for you to work with, first.**
